What it is
A cone that sits on your cup and holds a paper filter. You pour the water slowly over the coffee and it drips straight into the cup.
Drink the first one black, to taste the coffee.
How we’d brew with it
- 15 g, ground medium-fine
- 250 ml at 94°C
- pour slowly over 3 minutes
- drink it black first

We send it ground medium-fine: pick Chikmagalur or Araku Valley, choose “Pour-over” and it comes ready to brew.
